[Minor Bugs] Status Effects Bar and Settings Tab

I'll try to be concise:

1. What do I mean by "Status Effects Bar"? This.

With the mod enabled it's no longer visible.

2. The Informatis settings tab disappears after cycling between other settings tabs

3. The arrow from the sidebar HUD isn't aligned correctly on the first load

1. ok...that might be an issue related to UI injection. check out tomorrow with #102
   2, 3. known issue but deferred because of personal busy.
