need to remove VDP_USB_URB_ZERO_PACKET, need to simulate it somehow
support audio endpoints, i.e. the ones with larger descriptor size
device features (remote wakeup and selfpower)... are these properly supported ?
power on/off signals - not tested, need to find a way to trigger them
qualifier descriptor - don't use when in high speed mode
something else...
