*.raw.json files should contain the original values as expected

At the moment, raw.json files have a web transform applied to them, making colors RGB instead of the original hex value.

@kaelig Can you provide some more info? Is this still a bug?

I can confirm this is still a bug, but fixing it is a breaking change so we're waiting until the next major version to look into it.
