Feature request summary
A while ago, we added a feature that would hide the top horizontal gridline if the highest data point was less than half the distance between the top and second to the top horizontal gridline.
We should add an configuration option in themes to allow consumers to disable that functionality, maybe grid.verticalOverflow
Rationale
It's causing inconsistent optical spacing between the chart and elements above it:
