Create prototype of HoverCard usage in Orders Index

For prototype, port over CustomerCell and LineItemCell to use new IndexTableCell and preview functionality. Push up to staging and work with @voiid to investigate performance changes (if any)

Charles and I put together a very rough prototype of the hovercard in the orders index last night. It’s being used in a couple of columns: Customer, Destination, and Items. This has a 200ms delay on it as part of our mitigation strategy for the performance concerns. We might have to tweak that number higher or lower TBD by performance checks. This is not a final implementation of hovercard in the orders index, but it should provide a decent feel for the interaction and allows us to run some tests in staging on production stores.
