Index table has extra padding on the right

Summary
When using keyboard to navigate, I noticed that if you have selected any element in the table, including the header elements, or the order number and checkbox, that you can scroll the table horizontally.
You can replicate this by tabbing to to the table, then use the left and right arrow buttons to scroll.
