Thoughts on improving to be put here.

  1. Remove Fulfill tab altogether and/or make it visible only for users that are Packers/Shippers/Fulfillers (plus super-users, of course).
  2. Change "Fulfillment pending" to "Submitted" or "Submit successful" and bold

Requires user roles to be set up
