Named Entity Recognition on Medical disesase abstracts
This is a part of my NVIDIA DLI course on building transformer-like natural language models. It used domain specific BioMegatron (a BERT based model) to identify diseases in medical abstract. It utilised Nvidia's NeMo toolkit for this purpose
