when i try to open it it tells me that i must install .NET Core

in the GUI version it always tell me to install .NET Core and ive been looking for a solution everywhere i tried to install the most recent .net when i click yes on the prompt no page appears or anything i checked on control panel and for the life of me i cant figure out what am i missing

In case that doesn't work, I just released another build that uses .NET 7 instead of .NET Core 3.1
