Extension Incorrectly Saves "undefined:undefined" for Git Email and Username on Escape During Configuration

🔧 When setting up a new config for the extension, I encounter an issue during the configuration process. Specifically, when I access the Set Config option to input my Git email and username, if I press the escape key while in the configuration menu, the extension erroneously saves the values as undefined:undefined for both the Git email and username within the extension's settings.

This behavior occurs every time the escape key is used during the Set Config process.
