About the function "Perform-final-corner-analysis"

Hi，
In function "Perform-final-corner-analysis", the generated compact model is acturally for fixed geometry(waveguide_width and waveguide_thickness are not parameters in property view and cannot be changed in compact model), even though the data (.dat) cosidering corner analysis have been generated.

Is it right?
I'm not sure if my guess is correct, or is it because the file I generated is wrong?
Can someone talk about it？

Fig1: There is not property (waveguide_width and waveguide_thickness ) which we can change geometry

Fig2: The S prameter data for corner analysis has been generated
