[Bug]: Training of Embeddings and Hyppernetworks not possible because of not populated dropdowns

Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits

What happened?

Embeddings are not showing in dropdowns on Train tab:
2023-01-19 12_59_45-Stable Diffusion

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Have some embedings in your ./Embeddings" folder\
  2. Go to train tab and select subtab "train"
  3. See no embeddings shown there..
  4. Even "refresh" button doesn't help

What should have happened?\

Embeddings are shown and can be chosen for training
