Items drop out of nowhere

So the idea of this mod is good, but "Mod | Realistic Item Drops v3.1" for 1.20.4 Fabric HAS MASSIVE ISSUES.
the current one, not sure if it's a conflict with some other mod (as I have over two hundred, but they don't conflict with each other).

I noticed it's when I jump/fly? that items like EGG/Squid ink sac/etc. fall out.
I went to by base, put every item in chest and then I still got items spawning every few seconds

My theories:

1. Something to do with space button?
2. Something to do with q key to drop items?
3. Conflict with mods like FastRandom
4. something else.
