Vibrant 1.50 & 1.51 rain is broken.

When I use the Vibrant Shaders (1.50 and 1.51) the rain is not rendered properly, making it hard to see and forcing me to switch to another shader when it rains.
I don't experience this issue on any other shader, not even Enhanced Default.
