Describe the bug
The app is not functioning correctly on mobile browsers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch the sample web demo or create a new one.
  2. Host it on a server.
  3. Access the app from a mobile browser.
  4. Observe a grey overlay screen in the chat area.

Expected behavior
The chat area should be fully functional without any grey overlay.

i have the same issue, need solution pls.

in chrome windows funcion well, but when open in mobile browser the same grey screen.
i try in andoroind chrome, and ios safari

chat view version 1.3.1
