Add custom matchers

I feel like adding custom matchers would be useful for niche redirects like pkg.go.dev -> godocs.io which would not be terribly useful to the average user, but might be useful to special interest groups.

There is already a general redirector extension out there, and you can set it up to redirect whatever you like.
