Exceptions via Toolbar Menu

Hi, firstly I thank to all developers for that amazing extension. I have a little suggestion that the toolbar menu could display an option to update the exceptions list with the site I am currently at. A keyboard shortcut would also fit this improvement. Thank you again for the extension.
