Google redirects

Hello, could you make it so that URLs like https://www.google.com/url?q=https://github.com
would simply go straight to https://github.com
?
I noticed that URLs that are put into Google Spreadsheets always use the https://www.google.com/url?q=...
format when you click on them.
Have a look at https://github.com/einaregilsson/Redirector.
But i would recommend using privacy respecting alternatives for Google Services!
I will take a look at the suggested extension, thanks!
Yes, I already use alternatives to all Google services, except for YouTube and rarely Drive.
For search I use DuckDuckGo but sometimes (rarely, once or twice a year) I do give Google Search a go if DDG results are not satisfactory enough (each search engine has its own strengths and sets of pros and cons, none's perfect)
Same goes for Google Docs/Spreadsheets which I only still use for a handful of specific files, but I do have to keep using it there.
What I'm trying to say is that going away from Google is great (it really does feel good and libeating) and definetely doable, but not necessarily completely.
