Twitter: Don't redirect /intent URLs

Some websites link to Twitter via an intent URL. As Nitter doesn't provide the means to write data to Twitter, this kind of URL shouldn't be redirected as there isn't a Nitter equivilent of it.

Yes, I know this extension isn't maintained, just making a note of it for future reference of for forks.

Edit: The fork LibRedirect already handles this well.
