Clock tab should show leading zero in 24-hour mode

In the clock tab, in 24-hour mode, hours less than 10 have no leading zero, but they should have a leading zero.

I didn't see any clock app with a leading zero. It will look weird 👎 and will be associated with the timer

I'm sorry if people don't like it, but that's how 24-hour clocks should be presented!

People who use 12-hour clocks won't notice any difference and will be fine.
