what popup? You can already enable always fullscreen mode for incoming calls.

I mean the pop-up screen calling option, that when you recive a call, instead of fullscreen mode you have a pop up like call receiving mode like Samsung when the incoming call screen is a popup at top position of the screen

it always works like that if your screen is on at incoming call
