Bug with either Dialer or SMS

Found a bug in one or possibly both of those apps since you can access this setting in both of them:
If you go to blocked contacts, you should be able to unblock contacts by deleting those entries. This works for most numbers, but I narrowed it down, that it's impossible to delete numbers such as e.g. +33 1512 6225626. Basically the second space is the culprit.
+33 15126225626 is fine to delete
+33 1512 6225626 is not deleteable
Thats quite a pain because the only workaround is to reset the whole app, so I wanted to state this issue here, so it can hopefully be fixed as fast as possible. Thanks in advance.
EDIT:
Found a quicker temporary solution by going to the system app "Blocked Number Storage" and delete all storage and cache from it. Resets the blocked list from those apps, but it deletes all blocked contacts and the main bug persists as well of course. Only wanted to state this, if someone wanted a simpler solution for the meantime.
