Feature Request: Add ä, ö, ü and ß keys to German keyboard

All of these are available on long keypress. Looking at standard German keyboard layout, it seems that ä, ö and ü are usually available as separate keys, but ß is hidden behind a modifier, so I guess it would make sense to keep it behing long press.
