No "/" Sign Found On Keyboard

I couldn't find the "/" symbol when entering my personal information for a date and year. I couldn't figure out how to change back to the regular keyboard either.

any way to reproduce it? Like inserting "/" in some app?

Above is a screenshot showing that I can't find the "/" symbol in the other keyboard. Thanks
