[Feature request] Set all numbers in messages as hotlinks

So if someone send me contact, I just have to click on the number.

If implemented, please make it at the user's option. I wouldn't want extra highlighting based on what a number might be (but usually isn't). It's so rare that I do anything with a text other than just read it, that the existing method of copying text to the clipboard suffices for me.
