Notify when contact is starred in Do Not Disturb's priority only mode

Reproduce:
- Google's contact app
- Star a contact
- Set Simple SMS-messenger as SMS-app
- Put phone in Do Not Disturb-mode
- Do Not Disturb-setting - What can interrupt Do Not Disturb - People - Messages - Starred contacts (I'm guessing this differs between slightly different versions of Android)
- Receive SMS from the contact you starred
Happens:
- No notification
Should happen:
- Notification
(I'm getting a notification from the same contact in a different app)
