Add support for Russian IBAN

However, it seems that Russia is now also listed on the referenced wikipedia page and IBAN registry

It'd be great if you could find some time to extend your magic to cover Russia as well!

Interesting, Russia is listed in IBAN registry, but changelog of version 94 mentions only countries that I already have listed, not Russia. I guess they used changelog of version 93. I'll add Russia to the list in next few days.
