Track total number of saved posts

It would be interesting to know how much saved posts the regular user has, so as to know whether optimizations should be made (currently I have tested the app with about 500 posts and there are no notable performance issues).
The simplest way of doing this is to create a Google Analytics event to keep track of the total number of posts when we are done loading.
The Privacy Policy already warns the user about tracking this information, though it's not currently done.
