[bug] golden apple and other foods with effects not working on quilt loader

Mod loader: Quilt 0.19.0-beta.7
Mod version: 1.6.0-beta.4
All types of foods that should give an effect uppon consume (e.g. golden apple, rotten flesh, spider eye), fail to do so.
