Using the plugin and having water protection enabled 0 cannons work on the blocks I've configured. Version 1.17.1, no errors. (Using sand to explode the block underneath it). Found another glitch working with ne/se/nw/ and so on blocks do explode even with water.

Try the latest version if you're using 1.18+.
