The Storeinfo module was designed to get information that store owners can already manage in the Stores → Configuration page. This module only gathers data found in the Stores → Configuration page with the focus on the general information, such as email address, phone number, and address.

So, in short, this module is only used for displaying your store's email, phone, and address. The options you are proposing are not part of the Stores → Configuration page and would not fit the goal of the Storeinfo module.
