Make installation step "Prerequisites" unchecked by default
Scenario:
Installation of prerequisites is needed extremally rarely, in most cases we need to uncheck the Prerequisites checkbox during installation of CMS.
Wish
Consider making the "Prerequisites" step unchecked by default, during installation and uninstallation.
