Images in Content Block are not resolved if they had been Synced

Here is the scenario:
You sync some images and a content block that is using these images.

On the target server - the images are not shown, it says Item with ID does not exist.

On the target server if you manually add a new content block and try to add one of the synced images to it - it all looks good in the designer,but when you save- the image src is not resolved again.

The only way to make it work is to upload the image to the target server - in this case you can select it in the content block and save it and it will work.
