1.19.4 Dweller cant chase

It can't chase in 2 blocks high paths and can't crawl through one block also. its stuck

is there any reason why you're still on 1.19.4
issues related to this are fixed in the currently supported versions

I'm playing on my own modpack which contains mods that are not updated.
