Native Overlays are glitchy after window resize

SketchUp 2024 introduces the SUOverlayRef. The SDK comes with an example and the issue in question is reproducible with it (but not limited to it).

To reproduce simply:

1. compile the example in the sdk
   samples/Overlays

2. Load the extension in sketchup, and then use it to open an image and display it on the viewport

3. Resize the window a few times and the image becomes glitchy
