Warn about mis-spelled @overloads

Either as part of PR to YARD itself, or as a YARD extension. Check that overloads match their method name with the method they are overloading.

A number of copy+paste typos have slipped passed because of this.

Never mind, I misread the transfer note's "from" as "to".
