Redirect target desyncs

When viewing the page source https://mdwiki.org/w/index.php?title=C17H16Cl2N2O5&action=edit we see that it is a redirect to Clefamide. However when viewing the page itself it redirects to Chemical name. Need to figure out why the redirect target is completely wrong.
