Use real interface names reported by clients in rules

• Now a user may enter any string as an interface name
• Instead, the rule interface field should be a selectbox with a list of real interface names reported by clients in the group.
• User should not be allowed to input any other interface name.
• User should still be able to enter an empty value for the interface meaning any interface.
