Proposal to change the name of the ability "$$$"(0x74) to correspond to the JP version "Multitype"

Existing information

INVALID = 0x74, _("$$$")

The ability named "$$$" defined at line 248 of skytemple-files/skytemple_files/data/md/protocol.py is named "マルチタイプ" (Multitype) in the JP version. Probably, all unused items were replaced with "$$$" in the creation of the foreign version. (Still, there are a few that have been left untouched.)
So, while working on the Japanese translation of SkyTemple, I noticed that there is apparently no translated section on this ability.

This part seems to be shared with another "$$$", but I think it should be independent for full compatibility with the JP version.
