[Feature request] Option to randomize tilesets and music by a random interval

Just like the option to set the maximum amount of change in floor count in the upper/lower direction (x% up or x% down), it would be great to have an option to randomize tilesets and music every x% floors (an amount that could be random or choosen, with a personal preference for random).
