On the iPhone, tabs start to get hard to manage. We need to add a tab drawer for iPhones for tab switching. Something along the lines of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc...

- Add close button to tab items
- Highlight selected tab
- Scroll to selected tab
- Fix scroll offsets when adding new tab
