Our samples situation has started to get messy again. It's time to rework
how we want to handle them.

First off, here's the consolidated list of community samples thus far:

I've also attached a few other samples I received via email or found
attached to other issues. Other users and developers may attach or link
other sets of tutorials to this issue until it is resolved.

We need to discuss how we want to view samples moving forward. We've
already expressed interest in rewriting the sample framework to be more
usable and applicable for modern application. Further, I believe that our
SDK should only include a specific set of samples (not necessarily the ones
we provide now), with the rest being available on the website, in a similar
manner to how XNA's Creator's Club is run.
