Ability to set the device hostname

Being able to set the device hostname over serial(much like wifi credentials are currently) would make it easier to identify each tracker on access point admin pages, as currently they all show up as "esp8266" or "espressif", on some buggy routers this also causes them to get the same ip address.

I hope it will be displayed on the SlimeVR server and can be integrated with the nickname setting functionality that already exists.
