Extreme lag when opening FTB Launcher

- Intel i5-6500, 4 Cores @ 3.2GHz
- Nvidia 1660 Ti on driver version 440.100
- 16GB RAM
- Running Linux (specifically Pop!_OS 20.04 on kernel 5.4.0-7642-generic)

https://youtu.be/LUJ8qtUv8us - This phone recording of my screen shows what I see. For some reason, opening the launcher causes my mouse to mess up. I was moving my mouse in circle, not deviating, but in the video you can see that it randomly slows down and moves from the middle of my screen more upright.
