Dependency link to KEEN prefers PyPI over GitHub

Since keen is already a package on PyPI, it finds that before checking the dependency link. One solution would be to change the dependency name, and also change the egg name. This is super hacky, but might work.

Ultimately, KEEN needs to be renamed and uploaded to PyPI to solve this problem
