"Military Tower #3" second staircase faces missaligned

Whether or not intentional the railing on the "Military Tower 3" object seems to be slighty missaligned.
Resulting in when walking down inwards the tower the player being moved onto the railing.

Thanks for the report! It must've been accidentally moved very slightly. Relatively minor but will see about doing sooner than later.
