Small Change to Server Browser Defaults

The default filters in the server browser for most browsing options look for servers with any variation of that browsing option.
For example: Any Combat, Any Perspective, Any Workshop, Any Plugins.
With Cheats being the only browsing option that is set to disabled via default filters.
This is a bit weird because from memory Cheats On only houses about 5 commands.
Most servers use a plugin framework or module so using it as a precaution against admin abuse in this context doesn't make sense.
It's inadvertently knee capping player count to smaller servers with this option enabled as most players, don't change their default filters.
All I suggest is a small change to the default browsing options from Cheats Disabled to Cheats Any like everything else
Definitely agree with this.
There's been discussion about changing how Cheats works or removing the option entirely in the past ( #4231 ), where you mentioned people using Cheats to find vanilla servers.
Maybe a better way would be to create a filter for server type, and have a few different options like Creative, Survival, Modded Survival, Gameplay Overhaul, Arena, etc. This should default to Any/All but would allow players to filter a little better. These would have to be set by servers manually and probably default to Arena, Survival, or Modded Survival depending on the level type and if any mods are loaded.
