Feature request: Bootstrap resolver

I'd like to use hola-proxy as a proxy for my DNS (opera-proxy has a very high ping here, some hola-proxy proxies are fast), but hola-proxy has to be started before the DNS forwarder, DNSCrypt actually.

I don't believe it would be that hard to implement, because it's already implemented in opera-proxy.
