i tried the docker image, but have this error

docker run -it --rm -v "$(pwd)/certs:/certs" yarmak/quickcerts -D grafana.lan
Fatal Python error: _Py_InitializeMainInterpreter: can't initialize time
PermissionError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted
