search function suggestion for vowels w/ tilde

Suggestion: Vowels with tilde should be equivalent to their non-tilde version.
e.g. Searching for "Ríos"(w/ tilde) can be the same as "Rios" (no tilde).
The same idea can be applied to consonants (ñ->n , ç->c).
